Export issues from Jira
to Word, Excel and PDF

We evaluated the Xporter for Jira plugin in the frame of requirements documents and test procedures documents writing. The support from the Xpand IT team has been precious. We now get nice documents in parallel to our requirements and tests management. Keep up the good work!

We choose Xporter because we had the internal and external demand of generating reports in Word or PDF and even in Excel sheets from the JIRA issues. Xporter allowed us to fully customize the layout of these documents which was awesome since some of these reports need to be delivered to our customers, with special headers, footers, etc.

Employees used a Word file to communicate with the suppliers. So they urgently needed tracking of all these reports. Therefore, a JIRA project was set up. But they didn’t want to involve the suppliers into that project. Only, it was not possible to export the attachments into a Word file, so we found this add-on. But it provided so much more! The old Word file’s structure has not only been retained, but has improved a lot.
